7 p.m. Abbey-styled dinner with beer pairings from St. Benedict’s Brew Works.
There will be a guest speakers on St. Benedict and his Rule and the role of beer in European monasteries.
Live entertainment will follow Friday night.

Saturday, Sept. 16
Noon to 4 p.m.
Beer Tastings from Indiana breweries and selected monastic breweries in the U.S. and abroad.
Guests will be given wristbands and can sample freely during the time period. Lunch and snacks will be available. The town of Ferdinand’s Folk Festival is taking place the same day and is located only short distance away. The brewery plans to offer a shuttle to and from the Folk Festival to the beer festival.
Tickets are $30 each for the Friday dinner and $30 for Saturday’s tasting. This includes a souvenir tasting glass and a local gift bag. Combined tickets for both Friday and Saturday events are $50.
