The Drakensberg Boys Choir is still Southern Africa's leading Boys Choir after 48 years of existence. The programme is proof that the choir itself continuously recreates and adapts to the latest trends and developments on the choral front - a choir not stuck in the past! The concert will feature the Gospel Mass by Robert Ray as well as a unique variety of repertoire, from classical compositions, challenging contemporary choral works, novel arrangements of popular songs, to the Drakies distinctive interpretation of international and South African folk songs. The choirs' performances are marked by the boys' sincerity exceptional versatility and their unique way of touching audiences.
